Free Range Slacks Class
What you will be doing: In this 3 evening - 3 hour class you will make the comfy Free Range Slacks by Sew House Seven. You will learn to measure yourself, read a garment pattern, make an elastic waistband, sew pockets, piece together a pair of pants from start to finish and best practices for finishing seams.
What do you bring?: Your sewing machine, thread, fabric scissors, snips, pattern (it comes in 0-20 or Curvy 18-34), washed fabric, 1.5" elastic, straight pins, marking tool

| Instructor Bio: | Mikayla Turner (@mikayla_sews) is a lifelong sewist who has found that the only thing she loves more than spending time at her machine is teaching others to sew! She primarily sews garments but has been known to make quilts from time to time. Her insatiable curiosity drives her to learn everything she can about sewing, always expanding her skill and expertise. As an instructor she has a particular passion for teaching beginners, and strives to create a learning environment that is welcoming, accessible and inclusive. |
